These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the 365-Day Content System for Drywall Contractors (the "Product"), a digital product sold by 365-Day Content System ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What You're Buying

The Product is a digital calendar file (.ics) containing 365 pre-written social media content ideas, scripts, captions, and related material intended for use by drywall contractors and similar trades. It is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product or its contents with third parties, including other contractors, without our written permission.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at checkout. Access to the Product is delivered automatically by email, typically within minutes of a successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us at floresfilm.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The Product provides content ideas and templates. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including but not limited to increased followers, leads, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, execution, and consistency.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Product is owned by 365-Day Content System and is licensed, not sold, to you for the personal use described above.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365-Day Content System is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
